Acceptable Use Policy

TattooFlash is built for safe tattoo ideation, reference gathering, and artist-ready planning. This policy explains the kinds of prompts, uploads, and behavior that are allowed on the platform, and what we block or remove.

What TattooFlash is for

TattooFlash helps users explore tattoo flash, placement, symbolism, and AI-assisted design direction. It is an independent product built on third-party generation infrastructure and is not operated, endorsed, or sponsored by the underlying model providers.

The service is intended for safe, lawful tattoo concepts, reference sketches, healed tattoo inspiration, and stencil-oriented planning workflows that a real tattoo artist can later review and adapt.

What is prohibited

  • Nude, sexually explicit, fetish, or otherwise NSFW tattoo concepts or reference uploads.
  • Requests that attempt to bypass filters with wording such as “uncensored”, “no filter”, or similar evasion language.
  • Face-swap, deepfake, impersonation, or non-consensual manipulation requests.
  • Illegal, hateful, exploitative, or abusive content, including requests involving minors or coercive sexual content.
  • Fraudulent, infringing, or deceptive use of TattooFlash outputs, branding, editorial content, or checkout flows.

Content safety and moderation

  • Prompts that request nudity, sexually explicit content, fetish content, or “uncensored” outputs are blocked.
  • Reference uploads must be safe source material such as sketches, healed tattoos, or non-explicit inspiration images.
  • Attempts to bypass safety filters, abuse the service, or upload prohibited material can result in request rejection or account suspension.

We may reject requests, remove content, suspend accounts, or refuse support for workflows that create legal, payment, or safety risk. TattooFlash users are responsible for the prompts and uploads they submit.

Reference upload rules

Only upload safe source material that you have the right to use, such as sketches, healed tattoos, flash sheets, or non-explicit inspiration images. Do not upload nude reference photos, explicit content, or material that violates another person’s privacy or rights.
