Privacy Policy
TattooFlash is built to help users explore tattoo ideas, create AI-assisted concepts, and move from inspiration to a cleaner artist brief. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, when it may become public, and how you can contact us about privacy or deletion requests.
1. Information We Collect
We may collect account, usage, and support information, including your email address, display name, profile image, prompts, uploaded reference images, generated design records, and product or credit history tied to your account. If you contact support, we also retain the information you send us in that request.
2. Authentication and Account Data
If you sign in through an identity provider such as Google, we receive the basic account information required to create and maintain your TattooFlash account. We use this data to authenticate you, associate your saved designs and credits, and keep your account functioning correctly.
3. Prompts, Uploads, and Generated Images
When you use the generator, your prompts, uploaded reference images, and generated outputs are processed by our systems and may be stored so we can deliver the product, restore prior work, troubleshoot failures, and improve workflow quality. Public gallery designs, article illustrations, and other assets intentionally published by us may be visible to visitors and indexable by search engines.
4. Payments and Billing Providers
TattooFlash uses third-party billing infrastructure to process purchases, subscriptions, and credit top-ups. We may store billing-related metadata such as product, status, amount, and transaction identifiers, but we do not directly store full payment card details on our own servers. Payment handling is subject to the policies of the applicable processor.
5. Analytics, Cookies, and Product Measurement
We may use analytics and similar technologies to understand page views, product usage, and conversion flows. These signals help us evaluate which pages are useful, which features break, and how users move through the site. Cookies and similar identifiers may be used for login persistence, basic security, and performance measurement.
6. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- operate authentication, billing, and generator workflows
- store and retrieve your designs, downloads, and credit activity
- respond to support, billing, privacy, and abuse issues
- monitor product performance, fraud, and service stability
- improve the quality and reliability of our tattoo concept workflow
7. Sharing and Service Providers
We may share limited data with vendors that help us run the service, such as hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, and payment providers. We do not sell your personal data. We may also disclose information where reasonably necessary to enforce our terms, investigate abuse, protect users, or comply with legal obligations.
8. Data Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as it is reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain transaction records, investigate issues, and comply with legal or accounting obligations. We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
9. Privacy and Deletion Requests
To request access, correction, or deletion of account-related data, email us at [email protected] with a subject line such as Privacy Request or Deletion Request. We may need to verify account ownership before completing sensitive requests.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy as the product, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The latest version published on this page governs our current privacy practices.
