These Terms govern your use of TattooFlash, including the website, generator, editorial content, downloads, and any credit or subscription features attached to your account. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

1. Product Scope

TattooFlash is an ideation and planning tool for tattoo concepts. It is designed to help users explore style, placement, symbolism, and AI-assisted visual direction before they work with a real tattoo artist.

2. Accounts and Eligibility

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for the activity that occurs under it. You may not impersonate another person, bypass account restrictions, or use the service in a way that interferes with normal platform operation.

3. AI Output and Human Review

TattooFlash uses machine-generated outputs. We do not guarantee that generated images are unique, non-infringing, medically appropriate, or production-ready in their raw form. AI output should be treated as a directional concept, not as a final artistic or legal clearance.

4. Tattoo Safety and Artist Sign-Off

TattooFlash does not replace a licensed tattoo artist, studio consultation, or professional judgment about anatomy, skin, healing, placement, or long-term readability. Before any design is tattooed, it should be reviewed, adapted, and approved by a qualified artist who understands your body, scale, and safety constraints.

5. Credits, Purchases, and Refunds

Certain actions such as generation, downloads, or stencil extraction may require credits or a paid product. Credits are consumed when platform resources are used and are generally non-refundable after use. If you believe there is a billing error, contact support with your account email and transaction details.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use TattooFlash to create or distribute content that is illegal, abusive, hateful, sexually explicit, exploitative, deepfake-style, or otherwise intended to violate the rights of others. Prompts and uploads that ask for nude, fetish, or "uncensored" outputs may be blocked. Our full Acceptable Use Policy explains the content safety rules, upload restrictions, and enforcement actions that apply to the product.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

You may use generated outputs as reference material for personal tattoo planning and for collaboration with a tattoo artist, subject to these Terms and any applicable product limitations. TattooFlash retains rights in the platform itself, including the site, software, branding, and editorial materials.

8. Availability and Service Changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue features, pricing, models, or product limits at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent access to any specific generation workflow, or permanent retention of all content.

9. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, abusive usage, policy violations, chargeback abuse, or behavior that creates legal, operational, or community risk for the platform.
